Please note that the data you provide on this site when you fill out the "contact form" (or in email format), will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - the code governing the protection of personal data.

The contact form, which can be found on the site, has the sole purpose to enable website visitors who would like to contact the site manager to get in touch with them by sending an email via this form.

This explanation concerns the personal data sent by visitors when completing the contact form.
Please note that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be turned into an email that will eventually be saved in the email reception system used by the owner of the site.
These data and those resulting from your web surfing shall not be recorded on any other media or devices.


The data you send will be used for the sole purpose of being able to contact you via the information you leave through the contact form in order to handle any of your requests contained in the message you send via the contact form made available on the site.

b. The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or the complex of operations indicated in art. Paragraph 4, paragraph 1 a) D. Lgs. 196/2003

Remember that you are not required to provide the site manager with your personal information through the contact form.
Providing your data via the contact form is optional.
However, the refusal to provide your data for the purposes set out in art. 1 will result in the impossibility of contacting the web site manager through the contact form made available on the site.


The personal data collected via the contact form will be emailed to the operator of this website, who is the Data Controller.


Remember that you can exercise the rights conferred by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as per below, anytime you want by writing to the operator of this website via the contact form.
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Rights concerning the access to your personal data and other rights.

1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The person concerned has the right to be informed:

a) of the source of the personal data;

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) of the logic applied to the processing, if carried out with the help of electronic means;

d) of the identification of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated in accordance with Section 5(2);

e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom your personal information may be communicated and who may learn of it as designated representatives of data processors or persons in charge of the processing in question within the country of the government in force.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, the rectification or the integration of data, whenever desired;

b) the cancellation or transformation into an anonymous format or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 

c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) and the contents thereof were made known to those whom the data were communicated to or disclosed, except whenever impossible or if requiring a commitment of resources clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The concerned party has the right to object thoroughly or in part:

a) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, or relevant to the purpose of the collection, on legitimate grounds;

b) to the processing of data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or to carry out market research or sales communications.



Processing will last no longer than the time required to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected to begin with.
